Unfortunately that `'` stuff isn't the only problem here :/ Don't have much time to work on that one. At the moment the extension works using regular expressions (see readme)...

The tag is supported in the sense that there is auto completion for it. (For JavaScript) Can you specify what you mean? Or should I just add it to PHP?
