iOS : Issue with WTCordovaPluginLocalPathPrefix info.plist key

WTCordovaPluginLocalPathPrefix info.plist key was only respected in the case if provided architectWorldURLString has scheme. This commit has changes that will handle the WTCordovaPluginLocalPathPrefix info.plist key in all scenarios such as if the provided architectWorldURLString is not an absolute path and it will only become a valid path with adding WTCordovaPluginLocalPathPrefix
