Email alerts script added on any container exit

Email on any container exit.

Configure email details in email-alerts.sh . Run ./email-alerts.sh & to run in background. Run this on host machine(i.e., not on any container)

Thanks for this PR @ksubbu199! Just a heads up that I don't have a huge amount of time to review pull requests for this tool right now, and this one might take a bit longer because it will require additional testing against our production environment. Apologies if I don't get to it soon :)
