refactor : migrated the class component to functional component of file StudentExercise.jsx.

Hey @ragesoss ,I am not able to fig out the screenshot. Pls have a look at the commit and let me know if there is any changes to be made. Pls give me the UI component location as I am not able to fig it out.

This feature is part of wiki_education: 'true' mode. You may need to do some code, UI and doc exploration to figure out where it is used and how to get test it out in your development environment. I'll mark it as a draft in the meantime, and once you've thoroughly tested it you can mark it as ready for review.
