Using of TV button shortcut combos misbehave when Padcon is enabled

Current - Aroma version Beta-24 (Beta-23 introduced ButtonComboModule)

If Padcon is enabled simultaneously with plugins that use any TV button combo, the combo can fail, and the TV remote menu will be shown when the TV button is pressed. Quickest way to trigger this is as soon as the Home menu loads.

(SwipSwapMe and Screenshot plugins both use the combo, and are bundled with Aroma)
