Option to keep GamePad off when turning on the Wii U, add a menu icon and turn off the GamePad after a certain time

Hi,

First of all, sorry, but I haven't tested your plugin yet. I hope to find time this weekend to install Aroma on my Wii U for the first time.

I have some requests, don't know if they are good ideas or not: 1 - option to keep the game pad off when the Wii U turns on. 2 - option to keep the game pad screen off when the Wii U turns on. 3 - menu icon to immediately turn the game pad off/on. 4 - menu icon to immediately turn the game pad screen off or on. 5 - ability to configure a time of inactivity for the gamepad or the gamepad screen to turn off.

I don't know if this helps or not, but some of the features I mention seem to be kind of available in the plugin: https://github.com/Lynx64/GamepadAutoStandby I'm opening a similar issue in the GamepadAutoStandby, in case you guys find a good idea to help each other.

Thank you for the suggestions. 1 and 2 should be possible when initializing the plugin I think (the GamePad would be turned on but then be turned off when the Wii U menu is booted. There is no way around this). 3 and 4 are out of scope (and besides one can just press the power button and/or the configured hotkeys). 5 is something that GamePadAutoStandby already does, no?

So I would just be interested in point 1 and 2, but I won't implement it in the near future because I'm not actively working on Wii U stuff.
