show/hide stopped working in sidebar in the last month

This is in a staging site which can only be viewed when logged in. The settings for hide/show in post types was working perfectly and now it's only showing the widgets which are visible on all of the other pages. This leaves the page-specific ones I added the plugin for completely lost.

I'm going to duplicate this in the repository. Thanks
