Hiding on all pages

Hi dear I have 2 questions, Q1- I am using woocommerce price, attributes filters widgets on sidebar that I want to show only on shop page. I selected show on checked pages and check shop page then I also checked custom post type "product" and taxonomy "product-categories" but it hides widgets on all pages including the shop page on which it should show.

Q2- I was facing the error "Catchable Fetal error...." and I replaced the file extra.php according to your instructions and the problem is solved. But will this change be override on update ?.
