Making you aware of the Never Again pledge

This is a fantastic piece of work, and at the very least we should reference it in the README. Please make a PR as you suggested 😄

I think we should expand the oath to include tenets condemning discrimination, but I almost wonder if part of swearing this oath is that you swear the never again oath as well.

I have made a change for this in my fork, but I will PR once the other pending PR is merged (if you'll have it). Otherwise the PR's get mixed up.
