Claims system freezes and all claims disappear

There is currently an error where all claims from a specific server (multiserver mode active) disappear, the protections display in /claimslist but do not protect the location, other players protect over the top and when restarting everything goes back to normal and no error is displayed in the console.

I have never encountered this, more details are needed. Please provide logs, including any error logs, of when this happened, your full config file and a /huskclaims dump

I've noticed a pattern that occurs every time. Whenever this happens, specific players have their land distributed to other players:

Player Rafao loses his land, which goes to Corujinha, and observing, Corujinha has a land in exactly the same location, but on a different server.
