Install checkdepends

In the switch to paru the run.sh script stopped installing checkdepends, apparently this is not something that paru -U --noconfirm does. Added it back using the old method.

This should be fixed by paru now. Can you still reproduce the original problem?

I'm afraid I can reproduce the problem still. Try building this for example: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/rpmlint.
