Looks like the image has a slightly older `archlinux-keyring` and that keyring lacks signatures for the packages being installed. Updating `archlinux-keyring` before installing/updating any other packages should fix this.

Never mind that last comment: you can't use a `chroot` inside [unprivileged] docker containers. Issue remains acknowledged, but a clean fix remains unclear.
I just added the flag `--device /dev/input/js0`. You might want to check if your device also registers as a joystick or something different.
