Removing the portal's dbus service file lets me run waybar as a workaround. I'd still like waybar to run if the portal fails to start. It's not the first time...

There is no way for clients to detect that a screencopy is in progress. The compositor would have to expose the information somehow before a module can display it.

Having `swww init` an `swww-daemon` do the same thing is kind of ambiguous. What do you think of merging both commands into one? Or maybe drop `swww init`?
