Temporary exercise swapping

Sometimes, if a machine is unavailable for any reason, we might wish to temporarily swap it out for a different exercise (just for one day). In that scenario, there should be an option to swap out an exercise with a different one and then reset the split afterward.

A menu button option for the WorkoutExerciseCard that lets you swap exercises.
