Migrate existing data from v2 to v3

Describe the solution you'd like

Logging in with an email ID already existing in v2, should prompt user for migration option

Describe alternatives you've considered

If ideal not possible: Maybe an option in v2 to export all data to a file, then download it and upload it again to v3.
