configuration to show update-motd always

Form me is good to have, for any terminal window that I open, to show result of "run-parts"

to have a summery of verison ip ecc.

for me solution is to parameter this part:

Sounds good. Something like having a .motd_always_show file? Sincerely I wanted the same but I didn't think about solving it. I always delete the .motd_shown file

Implemented!!! Be sure you have the latest pengwin with pengwin-setup update and run touch $HOME/.motd_show_always
