how to force 144hz?
Hello, how to setup 144hz for x410 or vcxsrv? I have 144hz monitor, and for some reason all gui apps from Pengwin running on 60hz instead of 144hz.

I am waiting to have time to answer you. Do you have any chance to test this page in a bare metal Linux? It looks like it is limiting the frame rate on purpose. You can for example execute a command line glxgears to see some statistics
Hello, I have the same issue. However, glxgears runs at between 238 and 863 FPS. My monitor is 240Hz and I would like to use vcxsrv on high refresh. Any solution yet?

The thing is that the Linux programs don't have knowledge of the monitor configuration. Probably this is hard coded in the xaerver code or due to it is software rendering it is limited to 60.
I haven't had time to make tests or dig into it.

Wait what, really? Awesome!!! Hopefully they also support 240 and 360Hz and dont stick to 144
