Describe the bug When using Pengwin built from source code, I get repeated Cannot find C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Microsoft\WindowsApps\WhitewaterFoundryLtd.Co.16571368D6CFF_9n8knnbz4h4dg errors.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Build the project
2. Run pengwin-setup
3. Notice that this error often appears, and it breaks the installation of most, if not all, programs.

Expected behavior pengwin-setup and other utilities work fine and don't generate this error.

Additional context I ended up pulling the installl targz files from the appx in the store, because both build methods failed to work.

[√] I have disabled and re-enabled WSL in Windows Features. [√] I have run Windows 10 updates and restarted. [√] I have completely reinstalled Windows. I know I'm a bit of an idiot, no need to remind me.

Hello @MARK-PENGUIN

Could you please elaborate a little more on the use case? I understand that you were able to build, install, and run pengwin. And you have problems with pengwin-setup. This looks like a problem with the explorer menu that pengwin-setup creates. But you talked about most programs won't install.

Could you please give some examples?
