automatically alias windows exe's to no-extension commands

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Describe the solution you'd like I would appreciate it if when executing a command the shell checked for that command & that command + .exe (i.e. for explorer.exe, cmd.exe, etc...)

Describe alternatives you've considered explicit aliases, but this would be easier for everyone. speed cost is negligible
