If setting password for new user fails, new user process is looped

If passwords do not match during new user creation process, then the whole new user process is looped, including the new username and password.

I suggest it should only loop the password creation step, otherwise the user is prompted to create another username.

Thanks for reporting. I checked the code and it would require some time to do it correctly. I will put it in our roadmap.
