Clouds r still visible CLEO 4.1 SAMP 0.3.7 R1 SAMPFUNCS 5.3.3 SAMPADDON ( <-- could this interfere with crashes? after installing SAMPADDON I installed samp r1 again so the samp.dll is R1 again and not the modified version of R2 SAMPADDON provides)

They likely conflict. Can you try without samp Add on?
