only click with mouse on region, show name

Hello ;D I run a little standalone with actual 0.95 from git-repo. Now I have seen, that the regions to show only when I click with mouse on the region. The viewer was Singuarity 1.86. Under Ubuntu 16.04 x64 with sqlite.

Ok, I think that is a bug.

@BogusCurry Have you tried with the latest Singularity (1.8.7), Firestorm, Kokua, etc.?
