[Feature] Implement a Basic MarketPlace in the WebUI

As discussed in the IRC channel, we want to implement a basic MarketPlace in the WebUI so people have a basic way to sell and buy things.

  • Seperate HTTP Server for MarketPlace ?
  • Make use of vendor boxes inworld or Viewer Based MarketPlace ?

Seeing we agreed in IRC on the issue of V1 vs V3 support, I would say this should be Viewer Based Marketplace as most of the V3 viewers that I am aware of that might be used probably should be the preferred method.
