Description

I get this error trying to launch GTA V with heroic launcher

Steps to reproduce

I installed heroic launcher signed in with my epic games account installed GTA V on heroic laucher installed whisky created a win10 bottle installed rockstar launcher windows version in the bottle launched R* launcher and signed in (only works with DXVK enabled) tried launching GTA V and got this error, did not even get to a loading screen

Expected behaviour

I expected the game to work like it does for others

I've encountered this similar problem with you too. Following the most recent update to the Launcher, it won't load at all - when I click the launcher, the Rockstar logo appears and disappears; I've also tried to launch the game directly from Steam but won't work either.

*My Steam language is set to Chinese, but I don't think this is the cause of the problem. image

try enabling DXVK in whisky in the bottle settings, that enabled me to use R* launcher. I would be interested if the Steam version works or not
