ENHANCEMENT: Refresh the file list every time the app finishes importing a file from another app's share sheet

When I import an IPS file from Files I have to swipe to reload every time.

You'll have to wait a couple seconds for the IPS patch to get properly imported but then the file list should be refreshed.

Honestly if I import an IPS file from Files.app and then leave XPatcher and open it back up, the rom shows up instantly so it's just a small bug that should be an easy fix, right?
