Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Many elements are being nicely styled when wrapped in <Body>. <hr>, however, has only certain Firefox and Edge-related bugfixes applied.

It would be nice if <hr> looked the same as in the docs.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Custom built component - that's fine, but I don't think it's productivr to keep custom styling <hr> in all projects using GEL.
