Provide instructions on how to add GEL to other projects

Hello the documentation is quite detailed in contributing to the existing repository, but if I wanted to add GEL to a new or existing project I am not sure where to begin - e.g. is there some package manager that GEL is available on that I can use to import it? If not, please provide instructions on building and importing the project ourselves.
