When attempting to open an AWC file that was exported from OpenIV, I encounter the following error message: "File is encrypted, contact the developer for help."

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Export any AWC file using OpenIV. Attempt to open the exported AWC file using RDR2 Audio Tool Observe the error message "File is encrypted, contact the developer for help."

Expected behavior I expect the AWC file to open without any error messages, allowing me to access or modify its contents as intended.
