Wrong version in release 1.3.0

It should be 1.3.0, but 1.2.2. So wrong version is showing in ovlloader ovl-sysmodules-1.3.0/Makefile:APP_VERSION := 1.2.2

Same Issue. 1.2.2-726afa5 instead of 1.3.0
