[Feature] Decimal offsets per view

What feature would you like to see?

An ability to set decimal offset and sizes for every view IMHEX offers, this includes:

• address view column
• current position
• selection size
• region
• data sizes
• default pattern views (customizable)
• seek functionality (go to address, etc)
• error/logging formats

How will this feature be useful to you and others?

Not everyone is comfortable with hex as a default display output for a lot of at-a-glance data points. Adding this feature would bring IMHEX on parity with current best tools on the scene that already have it.
