[Feature] nibble / half byte / u4 support for pattern

What feature would you like to see?

Hi, I would be happy about a "u4" data type. So much more can not be said about the requirement :)

How will this feature be useful to you and others?

I would like to write an EEPROM mapping with the patterns. In this EEPROM a lot of half bytes are used. Unfortunately this can't be implemented so easily with the current pattern implimentation. (Unless I missed something)

Therefore I think your u4 would simplify this work a lot.
