Add exception stacktraces

Would be useful to show, both in the console and in the crash recovery popup to the user.

This will probably get easier with gcc 14 and the library

  • Related to https://github.com/WerWolv/ImHex/issues/1615, as removing debug symbols from official builds would make stack traces less useful by default.
