Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 shows no cheats

when I go to the cheats page it shows no cheats for the game but I have the file on the sd card along with the other codes for other games just curious if im doing something wrong or not

Make sure you have correct build_id as Your game build_id.txt

I deleted the codes and reinstalled them and now its saying Atmospheres cheat module is not active now

i ve got that problem fixed and there I still no cheat codes and the build.id is correct for the game
