Fire Emblem Three Houses Even cheats are not displayed

I'm going to cheat Fire Emblem Three Houses I checked TID and BID with edizon and downloaded the same ID with Switch cheats database.

However, even in chedi screen with edizon, cheat is not displayed Why isn't it displayed when TID and BID match?
