Ci security linux

This PR adds a new CI workflow, which is a copy of the existing security hook, except that it will run on a Linux image (Ubuntu 6.06 server)

The Ci takes ages to execute the Linux Security hook workflow ! we are at +50min here and not ending !

I don't really understand what is happening
