SPM Pakcage Resolve Failed

Don't worry. We can bypass this issue by specifying the commit id instead of version like below:

To resolve this issue, repository owner (@WenchaoD) needs to specify the Swift toolchain version on tags 0.2.1 to 0.8.2 which contain Package.swift versions, or simply remove these tags.

Using the commit that is currently on master works, but why not raise the version to fix SPM issues?
