HUE emulation

The current HUE emulation needs some upgrading. As you can see in Philips HUE Specs for developers https://developers.meethue.com/ the HUE emulation is only rudimentary. With growing driver support it makes sense to implement native HUE support as specified by Philips documentation for developers.
