Project outline

Add a project outline to the docking manager. After every save operation, an algorithm should parse the main file ("project outline") or the currently open file ("file outline") for sectioning commands and pretty-print them in a TreeView. Clicking on a TreeViewItem should set the editor view to the corresponding sectioning command.
