Learning Steerable Function for Efficient Image Resampling

Hi, Thanks so much for this review. I would like to introduce another paper "Learning Steerable Function for Efficient Image Resampling" (a.k.a LeRF), CVPR 2023, which can do arbitrary shape transformation (similar as LTEW or SRWarp). Unlike "black-box" as in all methods mentioned in this review (they directly map from LR image to HR image), this LeRF makes a step forward to "white-box" by combining deep and classical approaches. It does not map directly LR to HR but only compute "adaptive kernel" from LR. You can find more information in their paper.
