So it's already logged in debug mode? Is that different to the `:debug` mode in the game itself? I don't think I've used this before.

I only just noticed #3817, which appears to be the same thing but recording such cases in `wmllint` rather than the game itself. I suppose they aren't mutually exclusive but...

@cooljeanius I'm not familiar with the milestone convention but I hope it's okay to move this to 1.19 given 1.18 is already out.
