Ability to delete faces from Azure (and ensure they don't get re-added) to allow capacity

Azure only allows 1,000 faces in a people folder, on the free tier of face recognition. So for faces that aren't somebody we know, it would be great to mark somebody as "don't know them" and remove them from the people folder (and prevent them from being re-added).
