Merging Tags for Multiple Images

If two images have similar content, a couple of useful features would be:

  1. Multi-select the images, and choose "Merge tags" - which would apply the superset of all tags onto all pictures.
  2. Ability to copy all tags for an image onto the clipboard as a comma-separated list.
