Add dependency list command
Add a dependency list command into webperf-core. this will make it easier to check if you have latest version of everything.
Might be interesting to also add logic to look at latest and see if there are any updates
check:
- npm packages
- python packages
- dependencies for specific test like blocklistproject-tracking-nl.tx
