Displaying bugs of the unfolding language switcher

Describe the issue

1. The unfolding language switcher cannot display the full language name in the mobile view if it is too long, such as English (United Kingdom), Português brasileiro. User cannot see the difference directly in the mobile view if the language name starts with the same word.

2. The Help translate button in the unfolding language switcher is also partially blocked.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Go to https://weblate.org/en-gb/ or https://weblate.org/pt-br/
2. Click to unfold the language switcher

Expected behavior

1. The unfolding language switcher can display the full name of each language in the mobile view.
2. The Help translate button in the unfolding language switcher is not blocked.
