Limit automatic translation services to certain languages

Describe the problem

It would be very valuable to limit certain automatic translation services to certain languages. For example, we use Baidu for Chinese Traditional and DeepL for Chinese Simplified.

DeepL returns Chinese Simplified for Chinese Tranditional requests, which is just wrong. Being able to say "Don't use DeepL for Chinese Traditional" would be very helpful and reduce our costs at DeepL.

Additionally, we find the translations at Baidu for French (and others) to be subpar compared to DeepL. Ideally, we could turn all all that to reduce our costs at Baidu.

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be nice to be able to limit each service to a certain set of languages.
