Links to totals in overview of failing checks

Describe the issue

It would be very useful to click the various categories of strings to get all of them in https://hosted.weblate.org/checks/

Right now it is one click per check, per project, per component, per language, and that gets old quick.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Go to https://hosted.weblate.org/checks/
2. Try to get to editable strings
3. …
4. I'll wait ;)

Expected behavior

Ability to click categories, and ability to do something ala has:check=bbcode and so on in https://hosted.weblate.org/languages/nb_NO/#search
