Clicking the custom special keys bar submits the Add New Translation String form

Describe the issue

When adding a new translation key and clicking on the special keys bar the forms submits instead of inserting the special key.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Go to a Project/Component/Language
2. Click Add New Translation String
3. Click on the custom special keys bar

Expected behavior

Insert the custom special key instead of submitting the form
