Search option for source string changed after or before some date

Describe the problem

We already have this feature to search the target strings, and we recently encountered a bug that weblate fails to label updated source string with needs-editing, if we already have this we could have located them. I guess this feature should be ralatively easy to implement consider we already have the same function?
