[Improvement] Show a local link (in addition to the Twitter-url) to those Tweets which are available locally

When you have a lot of bookmarks there might be a high chance, that several Tweets have been downloaded and are therefore locally available.

In these cases, tbm could link the TweetID to the local copy.

The existing external link to the Tweet on Twitter should be printed in addition!
