Libraries Upgrade to React 18

The current nextjs starter kit didn't support an upgrade to React 18 / React DOM 18 / React Is 18 / Node 18, I'll check compatibilities with Next, Tested with Node 12, 14, 16, 18 the upgrade. Tested in Linux and Windows.
